Objective
Pact was tasked with going to market and finding the very best Programme Manager in the local marketplace with a broad range of PM skills across customer operational environments to help work on operational efficiency improvement projects within the business.

Solution
Pact scoured the marketplace to identify, attract, and secure a shortlist of 5 candidates for the position, all of whom had Project / Programme Management experience within a customer operational environment.

Results
Pact delivered the successful candidate for the position who had all the above experience but also was culturally right for the business and a good fit for the senior leadership team they would be working with.
