Business Planning Manager

Objective
Pact were asked to support on a Business Planning Manager role that had been out in the market for over 3 months after failing to attract the right calibre of candidates for the role.

Solution
Pact went to market to attract and secure the right individual in 2 different possible locations by mapping the local market in each of the areas and approaching its extensive network of Planning Managers on it’s very own CRM which has been developed and built over the last 10 years.

Results
This wasn’t the easiest of projects to deliver on due to the role being out in the market previously and our competitors going to market on the role several weeks before us, however due to the strength and depth of our network, Pact identified several possible candidates across both locations and presented the business with 4 potential good fits for the position to consider. Pact were successful in securing the right candidate who was not necessarily the most experienced of the candidates but had the right personality fit for the hiring team at L&G.
