My client and I are on the search for an experienced Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst, who can build forecast & capacity plans in excel out to 18 months.
The Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst will optimise capacity plans and assist with recruitment headcount as needed.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to manage a small team of Planning Analysts to run the day to day planning activities across the multisite contact centre operation.
