My client and I are on the search for an experienced Resource Planning Analyst to join their WFM team and busy front office contact centre operation.
The Resource Planning Analyst will optimise resource plans and assist with delivering operational excellence through the efficiency of planning to optimise shift patterns across the contact centre, as well as delivering some short term forecasting capability also.
You will be an effective communicator and be to work with stakeholders to deliver the overall operational excellence agenda.
