Pact Recruit are delighted to be recruiting for 2 Resource Planning Analysts to be part of an established resource planning function reporting to a Senior Analyst in the contact centre operation.
You will be responsible for delivering resource requirements via a WFM tool to maximise operational efficiency across the contact centre operation, working with stakeholders in particular Team Leaders in order to deliver this.
We need you to be experienced in resource planning within a contact centre environment, across both real time and scheduling, with the ability to translate forecasts into the WFM for on the day activity.
