Pact are delighted to support our Client who are looking to recruit an entry level candidate with ideally some exposure of Process Change in a Contact Centre Environment?
You will be co-ordinating, processing changes from design to implementation? Liaising and engaging with key stake holders, always thinking about the end to end process considering the impact to people, process and customers. Ensuring you are always able to deliver exceptional service.
You will be responsible for implementing new and exciting technologies to enable them to create a smooth and seamless experience for your customers and, people, ensuring that they are always able to deliver exceptional service, in a way that works best for your end customers.
Ideally this position would suit someone with some experience in documenting processes and an interest in UAT. (User Acceptance Testing).
Exposure to AGILE methodology to deliver change projects.
Exposure to process change projects within a contact centre environment.
Have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a willingness to develop is key.
Strong communication skills and a passion to learn.
