Pact are pleased to be supporting this leading financial services business that is looking for a Speech Analytics Specialist to join them.

The Speech Analytics Specialist will be responsible for leading the delivery of speech analytics activity within the centre of excellence team looking after a multi-channel international contact centre operation.

Through analysis of the customer voice recording and digital interaction databases the Speech Analyst will deliver insight, proactively identify issues, providing evidence and recommendations for remediation to drive continuous improvement within the contact centre estate.

What you will need to be successful in this role…

  • In-depth experience in analysing data, and clear communication actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of Speech/interaction analytical tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of analytics within a contact centre environment
  • Ability to use one or more web enabled programming languages (SQL, Java, Python, PHP, HTML, C++ etc)
  • Data management disciplines, including consumption of data through group EDW solutions, Microsoft BI stack and ETL package experience
  • Experience of presenting bespoke reporting and updates to small-medium sized forums of senior stakeholders
