Pact are delighted to be working with a leading organisation in their field that are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their customer experience and transformation division to lead on multiple project workstreams and to deliver change programmes for the entire business.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the change programme is delivered that underpins the mission and businesses plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall leadership and delivery of a portfolio of projects/programme that support the overall business strategic business plan
  • Maintain a strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, by achieving a clear set of objectives
  • Aligns the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorises the selection and planning of all related projects and activities
  • Plans, directs and coordinates activities to manage and implement complex projects from initiation to finish
  • Leads the programme or project teams in determining business requirements and ensuring development teams deliver the agreed outcome
  • Determines, monitors and reviews all programme or project financials, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk, ensuring that there are appropriate and effective governance arrangements

Knowledge & Experience Required

  • Extensive background in project or programme management in an operational customer service focused environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with senior leaders within the business and update on business decisions and progress
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to management up and down, working closely with senior business leaders
  • Strong experience of programme mobilisation, initiation and planning in addition to management of established programmes
  • Experience in managing business change and transformation challenges
  • Strong leadership skills with a technical base and understanding in the use and delivery of change
