Pact is delighted to be supporting this brand-new client who is looking for a Real Time Manager to join its busy multisite 2000+ FTE contact centre operation.
The Real Time Manager will be responsible for managing planning at an intraday level to 2-4 weeks out and will be responsible for delivering maximum performance and productivity within the contact centre from a Real Time perspective.
You will at as an “internal consultancy” to the rest of the operation and help stakeholders make best business decisions and informed choices about live operational issues.
The Real Time Manager will lead and manage a team of 25-30 FTE indirectly and manage 3 direct reports across a 2000 FTE operation so strong team management experience is a must.
